Privacy policy
This site collects no personal data from its readers. There is no account, no form, no newsletter, no cookie, no analytics and no third-party script. This page explains the one exception — ordinary web-server logs — and your rights under the GDPR.
In one paragraph
We do not know who you are and we have no way of finding out. The only personal data that exists in connection with your visit is the entry your request leaves in the web server’s log file, which includes your IP address and is deleted automatically after a short period. Nothing is shared with advertisers, nothing is sold, and no profile of you is built.
1. Who is responsible
The controller, in the sense of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), is:

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer under Article 37 GDPR: we do not carry out large-scale monitoring and we process no special categories of data. Privacy enquiries are handled by Emma Garcia at the address above.
2. What we do not do
- No cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party.
- No
localStorage,sessionStorageor IndexedDB. - No analytics: no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no self-hosted tracker, no server-side analytics product.
- No advertising pixels, conversion tags or remarketing lists.
- No device fingerprinting of any kind.
- No contact form, comment box, newsletter, login or account.
- No third-party requests at all. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are served from this domain only; there are no requests to Google Fonts, to a CDN or to any remote image host.
- No sale, rental or sharing of personal data. There is nothing to sell.
The cookie policy shows you how to confirm all of that yourself in your browser’s developer tools.
3. The one thing that is processed: server logs
Like every web server, ours records the requests it answers. This happens at the infrastructure level before any page is produced, and it cannot be switched off without losing the ability to keep the site running securely.

4. If you write to us
If you send an e-mail to info@radovian.online, we process your address and whatever you choose to put in the message, for the sole purpose of replying. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR depending on the nature of your enquiry. Correspondence is kept only for as long as the matter requires, and correction requests are retained with the article’s editorial record so that the correction can be documented. We do not add you to any list.
5. Links to other sites, including partner links
This site carries links to other websites, including commercial “partner links” that earn us a commission. Following a link takes you to a company we do not control. From the moment you arrive there, that company’s privacy policy applies and it may well set cookies and use analytics; most do. We do not receive personal data back from them — an affiliate network reports commission to us as aggregate figures, not as identifiable people.
Because of the referrer policy set on every page of this site
(strict-origin-when-cross-origin), a site you visit from here learns only that you came from
https://radovian.online, not which page you were reading.
Campaign parameters already present in the address of the page you are on (for example
utm_source or a click identifier from an advertising platform) are passed along to the partner
so the visit can be attributed. This happens in the URL only. Nothing is stored on your device, and if you
arrived at this site without such parameters, none are invented.
6. Children
This site is written for a general adult readership and is not directed at children. We knowingly collect no data from anyone, of any age.
7. Automated decision-making
None. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), including the right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of them, write to info@radovian.online. We answer within one month.
A practical limitation, stated honestly. Because we hold nothing that identifies you, we normally cannot locate “your” data. Server logs are indexed by nothing but time, and an IP address on its own does not let us verify that a request comes from the person it belongs to. If you want a log entry investigated, you will need to tell us the approximate time of your visit and the address you were using. In many cases the log will already have been deleted. This is a consequence of collecting as little as possible, not an attempt to avoid the obligation.
9. Complaints
You may complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic — uoou.cz. You may also complain to the authority in your own country of residence.
10. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. It is a set of static files: there is no database, no login and no user-supplied content, which removes most of the ways a site of this kind leaks data.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the version in force will be published here with a new date. Since the site collects nothing, any change that introduced collection would be announced on the affected pages as well.
